QUALITY BUILDING MATERIALS
Whether you’re purchasing a house for the first time or building a home from scratch, it helps to know the benefits and drawbacks of the different list of materials used to build a house – after all, you want them to stand the test of time. Epic Homes offers insight to the building materials used in design, building, and remodeling.
CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY
Smart building technology can be found in nearly all systems of the house, from locks to lights and windows. These technologies automate functions of your home, so you can control the temperature, interior environment and external security all at the touch of a button. Most smart technology is bought in pieces and acquired over time. At Epic Homes, we present these options before building so you can stay ahead of the curve.
GREEN BUILDING SCIENCE
Every home built includes Certification in the Certified High Performance (CHiP) home program. In addition, it is then inspected, tested, and scored by an independent third party Certified Energy Rater that works for the homeowner. Our homes are constructed virtually in the the planning stages to predict performance before any construction takes place on the property.
